Replaced roof

We realized during a renovation that we needed to replace our roof – no putting it off. I went out for two quotes to see if I could beat our GC’s subcontractor quote. Lennie responded to my phone call right away and we exchanged emails about the scope of work, he visited the house and sent a quote within a day. He sent me copies of his licenses and insurance and answered my many questions quickly and patiently. His quote was 30% below our first quote and he was able to schedule the work within a week and on a day our GC wasn’t scheduled to be on site. His crew arrived early and they worked 7-5 to complete the job within a day. Lennie was on site for me to talk to. Clean up was amazing – the yard looked better than before! I would definitely hire Lennie again and recommend him to friends without reservation!

Replacing the roof with only a 2-3″ pitch on my manufactured home, as well as reroofing a small shed

After obtaining three proposals from different vendors, Lennie from Prestige provided the most thorough description of the need for a new roof with photographs of my roof and a detailed description of the considerations the shallow pitch of my roof required. He responded quickly to my telephone request for an appraisal. And his proposal arrived within a day of his visit. He was the ONLY vendor who climbed upon my roof and then showed me photos of my roof that demonstrated its wear. He even advised I might wait a year if I preferred; the roof likely could make one more Winter. He told me ahead of time when to expect delivery of the materials and the dumpster – both of which arrived on schedule. He had a crew of four here by 8am and the job was completed and immaculately cleaned up after by 3:30pm.

Complete Roofing Job

We had several proposals from big name roofing companies. Lennie at Prestige offered the same services and materials at a much more reasonable fee. But what set Prestige apart was his responsiveness, great communication, and attention to exactly what we were looking for in the job. His crew arrived early and worked late into the day to get a fairly complex and extensive roof replaced in a reasonable amount of time. Additionally, we had the gutters replaced. Lennie was always present when needed, responded and followed up instantly via text, and checked in onsite every day during the job. We are very pleased with the results, and are now considering Prestige for other work on the house. Absolutely get a quote from Lennie before you move forward on a roof job.

Re-Roof Two Condo Buildings

Lennie and his team did an excellent job. Lennie was very communicative throughout the process, from initial discussions, to the specification and proposal, then pricing, and execution. He was onsite multiple times each day during the work and immediately addressed any questions. His team worked quickly and efficiently and completed the work in the proposed time frame. Gutters Cleaned

I honestly haven’t worked with a more timely and professional company- above and beyond what one would expect. I inquired about having our gutters cleaned and received a response back immediately and then the crew showed up less than 2 hours later! Doesn’t get any better than that. The crew was professional, efficient and did a great job. Plus the cost was extremely reasonable. I would HIGHLY recommend this company.

Whole new roof was added with plywood and shingles

Everything went well all the workers seemed professional. Work was done fast and in a neat professional way.

We had some plumbing work done, and some roof patches done… but not done properly. It became very obvious with recent rain we had. Needed someone else to correct.

Called first thing on Saturday morning, and they were able to show up later in the day. I expected them to take a look and give us an estimate and have to schedule for another day. They stayed and fixed for 3 hours late on a Saturday. Super grateful. Not only fixed 2 vent pipe boots/seals that failed but also leaking garage dormer/roof. Also, he took a look at the roof overall and replaced some missing shingles. Super happy with turnaround time and process. Happy to have been able to text and email as voice isn’t always the quickest with phone tag. THANK YOU!

Repair of leak on the roof & replacement of aluminum siding that was coming off

Excellent. The contractor came by the day after I called. He fixed the leak in the roof and then replaced the aluminum trim siding. He was prompt & easy to work with. I believe that the price was very fair for the work that needed to be done.

Ice Dam/Roof Repair

These guys are fantastic!!! I called Prestige Roofing on a Sunday to see if they could help with an ice dam that was causing water to leak into my home. They showed up within an hour and removed the snow and ice. It was freezing rain and miserable outside, but they stayed until the removal was complete (2+ hours). The following day, they proactively called to see if I wanted to borrow a shop vac to help with the clean up inside the house!! Incredible service; there is no need to call any other roofing company in the area.

Roof Repair on New Home Purchase that Leaked

GREAT, I have hired Lennie before to do roofing, siding, and gutters on my old house. Both jobs were done in a timely, professional manor. price was competitive and reasonable. I have more work needed and will hire him again without question.

Leaking Pipe on Roof

We were very impressed with the service that Lennie and his team provided. We were in a tight spot with the upcoming sale of our house and a leaking pipe due to an issue on our roof. Lennie was able to get the service scheduled quickly, in the midst of a busy time after a recent snow storm. The team was punctual, professional and fixed the problem quickly. They did a thorough inspection of the home to assess the leak, determined the problem quickly and even worked to match the shingles as close as possible. We would highly refer this company to anyone in the Norfolk MA area needing a quality roofer.

Set of Flat Shingles Being Overturned by Strong Wind

Lenny responded on the same day to my email with which I notified him about a leak due to overturned shingles. He came on the next day to personally inspect the damaged area and came up with assessment for what the problem was. One day after he sent workers who replaced the overturned and damaged shingles with new ones. Very responsive service and immediate resolution of the problem, work well done.

Roof Repair – Replacement of Shingles Torn Off by Wind

Lennie responded to my request through Angie’s List promptly. Several shingles were torn off my roof by strong winds just prior to a snowstorm. The repair needed to be delayed until the roof was clear of snow, but Lennie remained in touch and tackled the job as soon as the roof was clear. He took care of it while I was at work, which was very convenient for me. I would recommend Prestige Roofing to anyone needing roof repair or replacement.

Needed Roof Patched Before Snow Storm

We reached out to Lennie after learning that we’d lost shingles off of our roof following strong winds. The damage left holes in the roof with a snow storm approaching. Lennie was onsite and repaired the damage within 24 hours, ahead of the storm.

Repairs Multiple Leaks in Commercial Roof

Prestige was great, we had an emergency situation with the bad weather expected. They returned my call quickly, and were on site the same day, found the problems and fixed them them the next day!

Recurring Leaks in Roof and Skylight after Several Repairs with Other Suppliers

Lenny and his team were great. He assessed the problem and quickly came to a solution. His installer replaced my skylight and patched holes in the roof. We’ve had several gusty rainstorms and my condo has remained dry.

Prestige Roofing did an amazing job on our new roof. The roof was stripped and new room was installed in two days. The crew was professional and worked hard from start to finish. Roof Shingles Replaced

My brother had his roof replaced by Prestige Roofing in the spring of 2018. When our roof began to leak very badly towards the end of the summer we called them for an estimate. We got a couple of estimates that were within $1500 of each other. What I liked about Prestige’s quote was that it included putting down a layer of Grace Select Ice & Water Shield over the entire surface of the roof. The project was completed in two days. When it was determined that the chimney flashing needed to be replaced, they were able to do that also. Great experience from start to finish.

Installation of Off-Ridge Vents

I had some off-ridge vents installed by Lennie Lombardo. The work involved removing a portion of the roof, cutting ventilation openings in the roof, installing the vents, and reinstalling the roofing shingles. New Shingle Roof and Skylight Replacements

Everything looks perfect. The shingle roof was completed in one and a half days. The skylights were custom and needed to be ordered. When the skylights arrived they were installed in a day. A flat rubber roof section was repaired at the same time. The repairs look very good. The old roof was removed and all the debris was hauled away. Very nice job.

Installation of Roof Heat Cables in an Area That Had Ice Dams Yearly

Lenny was very thorough when he came out to assess the area of the roof and recommended different options on moving forward. He also came prepared on the day of installation with a sensor that was not previously discussed but was absolutely what we wanted after he described what it would do. I would highly recommend Prestige Roofing.

Various Work

Replaced roof areas, including damaged porch roof that needed bigger fixes. Adjusted gutters/ downspouts and made sure all was attached properly. Replaced and painted soffits around entire house as well as low trim around house. Prestige Roofing did the job they said they would do. Their pricing was very fair and the efficiency was impressive.

I recently had my roof replaced by Prestige Roofing. I am very happy with the results. The work was done in a timely manner, the crew was very professional and clean up was spectacular. I would recommend Prestige Roofing to anyone who needs a roof replaced or repaired.
Had a leak down our chimney and called a couple of places to get a repair. Called Lenny at Prestige and he said he’d stop over that day. No one else could come for a
couple of weeks. Lenny had one of his employees come over later the next day and fix the problem. Great service-can’t say how happy I am with the response and repair.

Lennie was the most responsive roofer I contacted, repairing siding, a roof leak near a vent pipe and installing screens on second story gutters in Millis. Completed the three jobs professionally within 10 days of being contacted.
